Annette Diening is a church musician, organist and pianist. Since October 2016, she has been regional cantor for the three cooperating parishes in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen: “Vers”ohnung”, “an der Panke” and “Am Humboldhain”. Among other things, she leads the” Vokalensemble am Gesundbrunnen “and established various concert formats to make the special organs of the region audible to a wide audience: the” Summer Concerts “at the Kapelle der Vers”ohnung and the two organ series” Orgel mit Biss “and”Orgel satt”.In addition, she performs as a soloist and chamber music partner. A special focus is the performances with the “Thalea Trio” in the instrumentation violin, saxophone and piano.

After studying theatre studies in Berlin, he completed a master’s degree in church music at the HMT “Mendelssohn-Bartholdy” in Leipzig in 2016 and the concert exam for organ at the UdK with Prof. Leo van Doeselaar in Berlin. Master classes, concert and organ tours have taken her to important historical organs in Germany and abroad. In her youth, she received piano lessons from Prof. Roswitha Gediga (Cologne University of Music) and was a prize winner of the “Jugend musiziert”competition.
