Anne Efternøler & Lige Børn is the debut as a band leader of trumpet player and composer Anne Efternøler (Anne Andersson).

Accompanied by the American in-demand bass player Thomas Morgan, the characteristic Danish bass player Anders Christensen and the Danish/Faroese/Icelandic bass player Richard Andersson (Yes,that was three bass players!) Efternøler has created an album that elegantly combines improvisational freedom and constricted compositional directions. The quartet explores concepts such as time, pulse, friction and stagnation, with a constant focus on strong melodies and a distinct artistic expression.
