The repertoire of this second album is a continuation of the first. My approach has not changed, I’m always looking for a music rooted in non-Western musical traditions and turned towards the unknown, this new music that we created in spontaneity. My music is a reflection of this mad world of extreme violence and beauty. She talks about the rage, the revolt, the pain and the war but also the love and the courage of the men and women with whom I have the feeling to share an identity, a will or just a hope. I speak of the pain of a people because it is also my pain, the courage of a village because I admire it, or a love that I have lived because others have experienced it also. I express feelings that belong to everyone because they belong to me too, or personal stories that could be those of others.
